Distillation Column Design: Multi-pressure distillation column configuration for RS, ENA and extra-neutral alcohol, with energy integration for steam economy.

Dehydration Systems: Molecular sieve dehydration unit design for fuel-grade anhydrous ethanol (99.9%) production for blending with petrol.

Feedstock Preparation

Molasses / B-heavy molasses / cane juice dilution, clarification and pH adjustment to prepare fermentation feed.

Fermentation

Controlled fermentation with yeast culture, temperature management and CO₂ recovery. Producing wine (wash) at 8–12% alcohol.

Distillation & Rectification

Multi-column distillation to produce rectified spirit (RS) at 95% alcohol strength, with simultaneous by-product recovery.

Dehydration & Storage

Molecular sieve dehydration to 99.9% anhydrous ethanol, quality testing and safe storage in stainless steel tanks for dispatch.
